MSGIC Individual Membership Application

It's easy to join MSGIC: just complete and submit the online application form, and you've joined. A link to the form can be found below. Newer web browsers are required to complete the form online. When you first view the form, it will determine if you are using an older browser. If so, you will be automatically redirected to an Adobe Acrobat version of the form, which cannot be completed online. That version contains instructions for completing and submitting the application.

The membership application conforms to MSGIC's Privacy Policy. Contact information (address and phone number) can be considered private information; the application form offers an option to indicate that you do not wish for this information to be included on published membership lists. A name is not considered private information, and will be included on MSGIC membership lists. It is necessary for MSGIC to collect the contact information for purposes of keeping you informed about MSGIC news and events, as well as to maintain a current membership list.

MSGIC Sponsorship Application

MSGIC is now accepting sponsors. Sponsors may include public and private sector organizations. The sponsorship term initially will be for an 18 month time period. Eventually it may be reduced to a 12 month period. Below is a sponsorship application form. This form will need to be filled out and mailed, faxed, or emailed to the MSGIC treasurer. A summary of the benefits of sponsorship and instructions for submission are included on the form.

MSGIC also maintains a separate message service that is used for non-official items such as job announcements, grant opportunities, conference announcements and GIS news. To join that mailing list, send a blank e-mail message (with no subject or body) to msgicinfo-subscribe@topica.com. You will receive a confirmation message shortly after sending the e-mail.
